We’ve reduced the installation complexity of the PawSwing® Neo by 80% compared to the Pro version. By streamlining the core parts from 11 down to just 5, your new self-grooming cat house can be fully assembled in only 1 minute.
Cleaning and maintenance have also been significantly simplified. With the Pro model, owners had to remove the grooming disc from its base to clear out trapped fur. The PawSwing® Neo eliminates that extra step. Now, you can simply open the grooming disc door to directly remove the collected hair from the grooming brush for the cat maintenance area.

So easy to put together when you read and double read the directions. One of my three cats, Jack, actually went in. Mary, has not yet gone in. She has walked round it, stuck her paw in the cute holes, some how knocked over the snacks I had in the bowl. I’ll give her some time. Jill my 3rd cat, I dint think has seen it yet. She hides out in my den, wheee their litter and water is located. I basically would like Mary , long hair thick hair kitty to use it.

I thought I was nuts for spending this much on a BOX. Well it's a BOX OF MIRACLES!!!!! My cats went in it on the first day. I didn't give them a choice....put their food in, and in they went. Now, they will pretty much go into any box so I'm not too surprised. Curiosity right? I think they think "oh, another box, OK." Any way, my boy is twice the size of my girl so I have it set for him. Her fur is longer but I can definitely tell it is grabbing her fur too. They also have been using various automatic litter boxes their whole lives (they are 6 yrs old). I love this thing. I will never be without it. I still brush them and of course vaccuum......my girl is like Pig Pen in Charlie Brown, puffs of fur just constantly fall off of her as she casually walks around the house.. I AM hoping it will cut down on the hair ball situation. I was not crazy about the felt but it's not an issue. I do have the box in a closet with the door always open of course. So the is barely any hair on the outside of the box. I do have to clean the inside ever few days. Not a big deal. THANK YOU for creating this wonderful cat fur management system!!

I have a main coon female, wish paw swing was longer shes a year old and there's not enough room for her and food bowl. She eats with back legs hanging out. Its uncomfortable for her and soon she will be to big. 200$ was alot for it.

When developing the Neo, we carefully considered different cat sizes and later introduced the Neo Plus with a larger interior space, which is designed to better accommodate larger cats.
For customers who already have a Neo, the Neo front and rear panels can also be combined with the Neo Plus Felt Main Box (available as an accessory) to create a Neo Plus setup.

Great, my cat isn't that afraid of it after acclimating him properly, i've found him sleeping in it a few times. I keep his automatic dry food feeder inside to entice him to go in three times each day when he is fed, and it works. I am gradually making it smaller over time as indicated, and it already has taken off soooo much extra hair of his without it even being at the smallest setting. My only gripe is that he is a long cat, so unless his food bowl is pushed all the way back he won't go fully in to get his full body if he's feeling a little skittish. I wish it was just a tad longer for the bigger, longer cats.
Other than that, this product works as expected to reduce the amount he has been shedding, which is a blessing considering he is the king of shedding and hairballs.

This is a great asset when you have cat, like I do, that's hates being brushed.
My cats love it and there fur is looking lovely.
I was a bit surprised however at the cost of replacing the combs. As this will be an on going expense. For now though I am happy and would definitely recommend the Pawswing Neo.

I like this and I like the idea of it but I can only get one of my cats to go inside. And even then I have to put a treat or food inside. She doesn’t just use it naturally.
If treats don’t seem to work, you might try placing your cat’s regular food bowl inside instead. Using something familiar can help them feel more comfortable and confident about going in.
Since every cat has their own temperament, some may simply need a little extra time to adjust.

Our Neo arrived in good shape and went together easily. We bought it for our old cat Emma who has long, lightweight fur which mats up easily. We recently had the vet give her a lion cut under sedation, and want to avoid new matting once her fur grows back in. So we haven't seen it in action, but we're confident it will do the job once she grows out her fur & gets the hang of it. We've viewed enough videos of the Neo to give us that confidence.
