PawSwing Limited Warranty
At PawSwing, we are committed to high-quality craftsmanship. We warrant that your PawSwing device will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use from the date of receipt, for the duration specified below:
- European Union (EU): Two (2) Years.
- Rest of the World (International): One (1) Year.
What Is Covered?
This warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers defects in the following structural and mechanical components:
- The Grooming Mechanism: Defects in the internal mechanical structure that drives the tongue simulation.
- Plastic Housing: Structural defects or cracks in the Entrance, Rear Panel, or internal plastic frames present upon arrival.
- Assembly Components: Missing or defective connection buckles/sliders found upon unboxing.
What Is NOT Covered? (Exclusions)
This warranty does not apply to the following:

Consumable Parts (The Felt Body):
The Main Box Felt Panel and internal felt pads are designed as "scratchers" and are considered consumable items. Natural wear and tear, fraying, or damage caused by cat scratching is NOT covered under warranty. Replacement felt bodies are available for purchase separately. - Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, dents, or discoloration that occur after use and do not affect the product's functionality.
- Misuse & Accidents: Damage caused by dropping, improper assembly, water damage, or modifications not approved by PawSwing.
- Second-Hand Items: Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third parties.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product is defective, please do not attempt to repair it yourself. Contact our support team for assistance.
To initiate a claim, please email us at [support@pawswing.com] with:
- Your Order Number (e.g., #1234).
- A description of the issue.
- Photos or a short video showing the defect.
*If a defect is confirmed, PawSwing will, at its discretion, provide free replacement parts or a replacement unit.
