I love this thing and so do my cats. Only one of my cats has long hair, but they all love going inside. Even with the TV on and my grandson non-stop talking, the cats can hear the treats drop, and come running.
Overall very good experience with the purchase
Not easy to put together with one person, but I got it done. Our two cats were both in it within 15 minutes! Had a little trouble adjusting the opening but found that the plastic with the numbers was bunched up so it would not move. Fixed that. Haven't got it small enough yet to catch fur, but we're working on it.
I love the product and so do my cats. However, the treat dispenser died after I had had it for quite a while. No problem with that because I know things wear out. But when I ordered another one, it took much more time than it should have to get to me. My cats were not happy. Neither was I.

Love my Neo Plus. Be patient and follow the directions(single food source inside the unit, 12-day adjustment period with the opening size gradually decreasing) and your cat will be hooked. My cat loves it and the hair it is removing is significant.

Pro is very useful. My cat has gotten quite used to using Pro now. I wonder if Neo will be just as useful.

My cat loves this thing My cat loves this thing. He's very bribable so the treat dispenser is a really smart idea that has kept him engaged with it. I am still narrowing the entrance but he does let the paddles and rollers rub against him and brush his fur. He sleeps in the PawSwing and scratches around in it while I work (I placed it in my office). I'm really glad I got it.

A nearly £200 parcel has been stolen by a dodgy Evri courier. I WANT A REPLACEMENT DELIVERY TOMORROW, WITH ANYTHING OTHER SERVICE ,ROYAL MAIL, PARCEL FORCE, DPD, UPS, DHL, AMAZON PRIME, I DON'T CARE.. I'M RAGING WITH A HIGH VALUE ORDERED HANDLED WITH A LOW KEY GYPSY DELIVERY SERVICE LIKE EVRI UPDATE!!!! After rounds of fights with EVRI(emergency rebranded bankrupt risked Hermes logistics...) customer service, and no resolution... Pawswing was kind enough to choose a way more respectable and reliable DPD, and arrived perfectly and safely. I do advice Pawswing to offer DPD delivery as well for and extra fee, as this price range does demand more security for 100% arrival. Joker, my 4months 3weeks old polydactyly Maine Coon has been supervising the unpacking, and packing quality... Probably the cardboard won for the first round, but already been snacking inside as well. The build quality looks to be sturdy enough at the moment, will see how it will handle a full grown 10-15kg male Maine Coon later. Probably gonna be update on it once it has been just placed together. At the moment definitely satisfied with the Pawswing customer support to solve the first failed delivery.

Fits like a glove Finally, a mat specifically designed for Autocomb! I tried buying some mats and cutting them myself before, but the edges were never smooth and didn’t look great. This one fits perfectly—no folding or shifting. Food crumbs and treat bits used to stick to the base, but now everything stays on the mat. One wipe and it's clean again!
