At PawSwing, we stand behind our product 100%. We design for cats—and we know cats will be cats. They scratch, they shed, and they take time to adjust. That shouldn't stop you from trying the world's best grooming solution.

1. 60-Day Return Window

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Take your time. Let your cat explore, scratch, and sniff at their own pace.

2. "No Questions Asked" Return Conditions

Can I really return it—even if my cat used it?

YES. We want you to test it in a real-world environment. Don't just look at the box; open it and let your cat enjoy it!

Condition: Whether the unit is Brand New or Thoroughly Used (with scratches, fur, or "love marks"), we accept it.

Refund: You will receive a 100% Refund of the product price.

(We do not charge any restocking or cleaning fees. We simply ask that you cover the return shipping cost.)

Note: Please give the device a quick wipe-down before packing. We appreciate your help in keeping our warehouse team happy!

3. Return Shipping Costs (Transparent Pricing)

Because the PawSwing Groomer is a large device (Box Size: 28" x 19" x 9"), shipping is a significant cost. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To help you save money, we offer a discounted return label:

Option 1: Use Our Discounted Label (Save ~60%)

We provide a prepaid shipping label and simply deduct the cost from your total refund. Our commercial rates are significantly cheaper than retail prices.

Option 2: Self-Ship

You can pay the carrier (UPS/FedEx) directly.

⚠️ Warning: Retail shipping rates for a package of this size (Vol. Weight ~35 lbs) can be very high.

Pack It

Disassemble the device and place it in the original packaging.

Important: Please keep the original box! It is engineered to protect the device during transit. Returns without the original box may be damaged (which could affect your refund).

Ship It

Apply the label and drop it off. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.

5. Warranty (For Broken Machines)

Did the machine stop working?

Do NOT return it! That is a Warranty issue.

We offer a comprehensive 1-Year Warranty.

If the motor fails or a part breaks (functionally), contact support immediately. We will replace the defective part or unit for free.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

7. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

While our 60-Day Risk-Free Trial covers most purchases, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned:

  • Customized / Personalized Items: Products that have been engraved, customized, or made specifically for you cannot be resold.
  • Refurbished / Open Box Units: Items sold as "Refurbished" or "Open Box" are sold at a deep discount "as-is" and are not eligible for the 60-Day Risk-Free Trial unless they arrive functionally defective.
  • "Final Sale" & Clearance Events: Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during specific liquidation events are non-refundable.
  • Gift Cards: Digital or physical gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
  • User-Caused Damage (Abuse): We accept scratches caused by cats (Condition B), but we cannot accept returns for items damaged by human misuse, such as:
    • Intentional physical damage (dropped, smashed, etc.).
    • Water damage (submerging the non-waterproof motor unit).
    • Modifications or disassembly not approved by PawSwing.
  • Unauthorized Purchases: Items purchased from unauthorized resellers (e.g., random eBay sellers, Facebook Marketplace) are not covered by our policy. Please contact the original seller.
